A complete training program that teaches you how to employ this ancient art of combat sports whether it be for competition or self-defense. Our program is designed for everyone. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, shins, knees and elbows. Our Muay Thai program has a heavy focus on technical training and body conditioning. Training regimens include running, shadowboxing, sparring, technique training, pad training, rope jumping, body weight resistance exercises, and much more. Our high-level coaches have many years of experience and have proudly yet humbly developed and trained Muay Thai champions from the ground up. Our team is diverse and tough but nonetheless a family.
