HIIT Worx

A workout like no other, HIIT Worx is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at high intensity levels. Each class is unique and will challenge your athleticism every time you show up. The class is effective because of the emphasis on the elements of load, distance and speed. Prepare to perform variations of exercises like squats, push-ups, and weight lifting for predetermined amounts of time, as well as utilize different equipment including kettle bells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, speed ropes, rowers and much more. Movements can be modified for the beginners and to challenge even the most advanced athlete.
