Kids Classes

Designed to build a strong foundation of athletic, motivational and self defense skills that apply in and out of the gym, our Kids Programs help develop coordination, agility, speed, strength. Our Kids Classes go further than physical fitness. Participants also develop interpersonal skills under the mentorship of a certified Kids Coach. Learn basic boxing skills and techniques in our Kids Boxing class. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and basic self-defense. Learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills and combinations in our Kids Muay Thai class. This class covers punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes, bag work, calisthenics, and more. Develop and reinforce a positive, motivated mentality and confidence, our classes teach our kids to never give up.
