Take your training to the next level with our Kickboxing Worx bag class. Enjoy a professionally structured workout in this high intensity cardio and strength focused class. A Coach will guide you through a complete warm-up followed by bag work using combinations involving punches, knees, kicks, and elbow strikes, leading you through power and speed rounds ensuring a full body workout.
A workout like no other, HIIT Worx is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at high intensity levels. Each class is unique and will challenge your athleticism every time you show up. The class is effective because of the emphasis on the elements of load, distance and speed.
Personal training consists of the individualized fitness programming catered to your goals which is implemented through private or semi-private sessions. This program focuses on areas of health, fitness, strength, endurance, speed, coordination, weight loss, nutrition, and lean muscle.

Wrestling is a class that teaches the combat sport that involves grappling movements such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. Designed to create a complete and competitive wrestler, this class uses the upper and lower body for a complete physical workout. We are open to all skill levels.
A complete training program that teaches you how to employ this ancient art of combat sports whether it be for competition or self-defense. Our program is designed for everyone. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, shins, knees and elbows.
